Consumption depends on task complexity: a quick rewrite burns ~1–3k tokens, a graded question with rationale ~5–15k, a full L1→L4 course skeleton or branching scenario ~40–120k. The studio shows live cost before you run anything, and you can top up from any tier.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Cancel anytime from billing settings — your courses and learners stay accessible on a read-only Free plan.
Always. Your content, your IP — on every plan, including Free. SkillBrain is the studio; the courses belong to you and can be exported as SCORM, xAPI or static HTML at any time.
When the SkillBrain marketplace opens (Phase 2, Q1 2027), Pro and Business trainers can list paid courses. The platform takes 20% of each sale; the rest pays out to your Stripe account. Selling on your own domain via Pro/Business has zero platform fee — only Stripe's processing rate.
